Refund Policy

You may cancel your monthly or yearly subscription at any time from the panel. Cancellation prevents any future billing cycle and your subscription stays active until the end of the period you already paid for. Renewals are not refunded, and we do not offer prorated refunds for the remaining time of a billing cycle already started.

We understand that exceptional circumstances can take place. We may, at our sole discretion, offer refunds in the following situations:

• Major unforeseen technical issues originating from our service that completely prevent usage for an extended period.
• Duplicate accidental billing.

Before purchasing, we highly recommend opening the live demo (no account needed), reading the installation guide and FAQ, and asking us on Discord about anything specific to your RedM server architecture and installed resources. Outside the 7-day guarantee, we do not issue refunds based solely on compatibility conflicts with third-party, custom, or heavily modified scripts discovered after a purchase is made. The anticheat is framework-agnostic; VORP Core is our reference framework, and our primary support targets it.
