Baobab AC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our anticheat software according to your active subscription plan. You may not modify, reverse engineer, distribute, or resell our software or API access.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and your server license key. You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Baobab AC will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your license keys.

In no event shall Baobab AC, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

We reserve the right to withdraw or amend our Service, and any service or material we provide via the Service, in our sole discretion without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason all or any part of the Service is unavailable at any time or for any period. If we discontinue the Service permanently, any period you have already paid for and that we no longer serve is refunded pro rata: the discretion above covers changing or interrupting the Service, never keeping money for a service that no longer exists.

The Service is published and operated by Baobab Anticheat, which runs the Baobab AC panel, the API and the RedM resource. Any written request about these documents - a question, a data request, a formal notice - goes through the contact form on this site or the official Discord server; both reach the same team, and the contact form leaves a written trace.
